A book for every pet, written every day
One place for a pet's whole life — the daily warmth, the health file, the vet down the road, the birthday, the road trip, and the goodbye. Built for Indian pet parents, in the language they actually talk to their pets in.
The thesis
Every pillar below is an existing spend that today is scattered across a vet's WhatsApp, a pet shop, an Instagram reel and a folder of prescriptions. The platform's job is to be the one book those five pages sit in.
Daily charts reasoned from the pet's own prescriptions and weight, not a generic breed table.
Records, second opinions, vets in the vicinity, ambulance on call.
Distribution of pet health cover, with the vaccination and claims paperwork already in the file.
Amusement parks, hotels, resorts and highway stops that welcome pets — with prices.
Grooming, spa and on-site services booked from the same profile.
The wonderbook
Pet parents post daily or weekly photos and videos. The platform turns them into a short AI-generated video message in the pet's "voice", delivered on WhatsApp to each family member — in the mother tongue, or whichever language the family talks to the pet in.
Each upload becomes a dated page. A week of pages becomes a chapter the family can flip through, print or share.
Each family member sets their own language — Marathi for Aai, Hindi for Papa, English for the kids abroad. Same moment, delivered differently.
Morning warmth at 7, a good-night at 10, a "Papa is travelling" special. The family chooses the rhythm.
The health file
Upload the prescription, the blood report, the X-ray. The platform explains it in plain language, offers an AI second opinion with its reasoning shown, and builds the day's diet chart from what the doctor actually prescribed.
Reads the uploaded prescription and reports, explains each line, flags interactions and dosages worth asking about, and always names a registered vet as the decision-maker.
Portions, timings and what to avoid — derived from the current medication, weight and age, and regenerated when the prescription changes.

Example record. A vaccination certificate can be shared as a link or PDF with a kennel, a hotel, an airline or the society office.
The care network
Partner clinics ranked by distance and speciality, bookable from the health file so the doctor sees the record before the pet walks in.
Tie-ups with pet ambulance operators, dispatched with the pet's record and blood group already attached.
Society and office camps run with partner vets; every dose is written straight into the vaccination ledger.
Home-visit and salon grooming, booked and reminded on the pet's own schedule.
Pet health cover distributed through a licensed partner, with the vaccination history and vet records ready for underwriting and claims.
Everyday essentials next to the care services, so the reorder happens where the reminder appears.
Explore
Pet amusement parks, pet-friendly hotels and resorts, and for the long drive: which highway stops let the pet out, where the water bowl is, and what it all costs — listed with prices, not just "pets allowed".
Entry fees, timings, size and vaccination requirements, and whether a vaccination certificate from the file is accepted at the gate.
Room rates with the pet surcharge shown upfront, and reviews from other pet parents.
Mumbai to Lonavala, Goa or Nashik with pet-friendly stops every 90 minutes and the nearest partner vet along the route.
Celebrate
Themes, cakes, décor and invitations delivered; guests' pets get added to the day's page.
From the party photos, an animated video of the pet thanking its parents and friends — generated and sent to every guest on WhatsApp.
A curated shop for collars, beds, carriers and travel gear, alongside the everyday essentials.
Remembrance
Pets leave before we do, and a whole family mourns for weeks. When a pet dies, the wonderbook becomes a memorial shaped by the family's own faith — the rituals, the prayers, the days of remembrance that matter to them. From the photos and videos already in the book, the pet returns for a short while: to console, to say thank you for the life it was given, to be called and seen once more.
And then, deliberately, it steps back. Over ten to fifteen days the messages grow fewer and quieter, until the book closes on a last page and the family is guided back into ordinary life.
The family records the loss. Memorial pages open in the family's faith and language; remembrance days are set.
Daily video visits: the pet consoles the family, thanks them, remembers shared moments. Video calls can be started by the family.
Messages come every second day and turn outward — the walk, the park, the routine that continues.
A final page. The pet's book is sealed, kept forever, and the daily messages end by design.
How it earns
Monthly or annual: daily AI videos, health file, diet charts, remembrance chapter.
Vet consults, ambulance, grooming, vaccination camps, insurance distribution.
Accessories, luxury goods, birthday kits and event services.
Parks, hotels, resorts and highway stops pay to be listed with live pricing and bookings.
Open question
No consumer gadget can read a sealed packet and confirm its full ingredient list. What is realistic is a layered check. Expiry and batch authenticity can be verified today with a scan — a unique QR or serialised code per pack, checked against the manufacturer's record, which also catches counterfeit and relabelled stock. Composition can be estimated, not proved: handheld near-infrared spectrometers (the class of device once sold as SCiO, and used in grain and feed trading) can estimate protein, fat, moisture and fibre in a sample of kibble within a few percentage points, but they need the pack opened and a calibration library built per product category. Actual confirmation of ingredients, adulterants or contaminants needs a laboratory, so the credible version of this feature is a partner lab tie-up: the parent posts a sample, the certified report is filed in the pet's health record, and brands that submit to routine testing earn a "verified" mark in the shop. Positioned that way, the feature is a trust programme rather than a gadget — and a defensible one.
Before we build
Points to settle in the structure and the terms before launch. Each one is a drafting task, not a blocker.
"COCO" on its own is heavily occupied on the register, including well-known marks in unrelated classes. A combined mark — COCO Mywonderbook with the paw device — is the sensible filing, across Classes 9 (app), 35 (marketplace), 41 (content), 42 (SaaS) and 44 (veterinary and grooming services). A search on the Registry before the name is fixed will decide whether "COCO" leads or "Mywonderbook" leads.
Family photos, WhatsApp numbers, language and religious preferences are personal data; faith-based memorial settings deserve explicit, separately recorded consent. Consent notices, a grievance officer, retention rules for the sealed book, and children's data handling all need to be in the privacy architecture from day one.
Diagnosis and prescription are for registered veterinary practitioners under the Indian Veterinary Council Act. The AI second opinion should be framed as an explanation and a set of questions for the vet, with a registered vet reviewing anything that touches dosage; partner vets' registration should be verified on onboarding.
Selling or recommending pet insurance requires an IRDAI licence or a tie-up with a licensed insurer, corporate agent or broker; the platform earns a referral or agency fee rather than issuing cover.
Every generated video and voice should carry a visible label, with consent on record from the family for synthetic likenesses and voices — especially in the remembrance chapter. Platform terms should reserve the right to end synthetic interaction after the set period, which is also the ethical design.
Food, accessories and services are supplied by partners; the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules require the platform to display seller details, grievance mechanisms and returns, and to keep partner agreements with indemnities and licence warranties.
